We are surrounded by the St George Ironman - our neighborhood literally borders two parts of the race... so we went the long way to a neighboring city's Fitness Festival. We got to meet two of our most favorite Biggest Loser contestants... Sione & Felipe!!! And we got to see some other past winners and contestants. Some pictures:

You know, I've never watched a single episode of the Biggest Loser. I'm always afraid that it will make me feel so guilty about what I eat/don't do that I've never turned it on. Does it do that?
nope, doesn't make me feel guilty. In fact, sometimes we've eaten hot dogs and ice cream while we've watched. :)
It is motivating... I'm taking a fitness class this summer. It's more motivating to see the contestants in person. Made me want to exercise just seeing them.
