With Halloween on a Sunday this year, our neighborhood (most of it anyway) participated in Trick or Treating on Sunday. Here are a couple pictures of the kids (and Amber) going Trick or Treating.
This year's church Halloween party included a soup/chili dinner and then a costume parade by the kids. Afterwards we got to go outside and go Trunk or Treating from car to car in the parking lot... great way to get lots of candy quickly! :)
Some pictures of the kids during the costume parade:
This year for Brooke's birthday she invited some friends to the movie theater to see Toy Story 3. The girls had a blast! Can't believe she's grown up enough for this kind of party... but I'm glad I didn't have to do much... just supervise 5 giggly girls. Great success!
Even though it was late when we got home from Brooke's birthday dinner, we still had to make time to sing Happy Birthday... and Brooke's dessert of choice: Brownies! :)
Now just to wrestle with unruly 8 & 9 year olds for Brooke's party on Saturday then we're all done for another year!
I'm having a hard time believing that my youngest baby is 8! How did this happen? She's so talented and funny and a joy (most of the time) to be around. We love her so much and we're glad she's a part of our family.
